Founded in Singapore in 2007, OLY Group began with a simple belief: professional hair care could be better — better for customers, better for professionals, and better as a business.
What started as a single salon has evolved into a multi-brand beauty and wellness group spanning professional hair care, scalp management, hair colour, grooming, beauty products and professional education.
Today, OLY Group operates and develops businesses across Singapore and Malaysia, while continuing its expansion into new Asian markets.
In 2026, OLY Group entered Taiwan through a strategic joint venture, with its first Taipei location targeted to open by the end of 2026.
Our next chapter is not simply about opening more salons.
It is about building Brands, People, Products, Technology and Systems that can scale across markets — while creating new opportunities for our teams, customers and strategic partners.

Building a Better Way Forward
Vincent Lee
Founder & Group CEO
Vincent Lee has spent close to three decades in the professional hair and beauty industry.
His journey began as a hairstylist, working directly with customers and experiencing first-hand how the industry was evolving — from changing customer expectations and product innovation to the challenges faced by salon professionals and business owners.
In 2007, he founded OLY Group in Singapore with the ambition to build a different kind of salon business.
What started as one salon gradually developed into multiple concepts and brands across professional hair care, scalp management, hair colour, grooming and beauty products.
Over the years, Vincent’s role has evolved from hairstylist and salon operator to entrepreneur, brand builder and Group CEO.
Today, his focus extends beyond operating individual salons.
His vision is to build a scalable beauty business ecosystem combining Brands, People, Products, Technology, Systems and Strategic Partnerships — enabling OLY Group and its partners to expand sustainably across Asia.
